Global Flow T
Celebrate the global status of the mighty Yuba River with this neo-classic river raT-shirt!
Much as Emir Kusturica made Black Cat, White Cat to honor his river, and the Egyptians paid homage to Hapi, the plump green god of their river, and thousands upon thousands take their daily dips along the holy ghats of Varanasi, you can convey your stoke on Nevada County's own Yuba River with this soft T-shirt.
Extra Pro, in turn, will donate a portion of T-shirt sales to the South Yuba River Citizens League (SYRCL) or Bear Yuba Land Trust (BYLT) to help ensure the health and vitality of the Yuba for many swimming summers to come.
** For this recent printing, $5/shirt will be donated to the BYLT Independence Trail rebuild efforts following the Jones Fire of 2020. The beloved Independence Trail was the first identified wheelchair accessible wilderness trail in the country. It utilizes the old Excelsior Ditch, built around 1859 to carry water for hydraulic mining. The ditch tapped the South Yuba River more than two miles upstream from here and it ran all the way to what is now the dam at Lake Wildwood, then by the China Ditch to the Smartsville mining district, 15 miles west of Grass Valley, CA. The trail is currently closed to the public until further notice.
This is a unisex T-shirt and it fits and looks great on all kinds. Two glorious colors: water based green ink on garment dyed blue and water based navy ink on garment dyed coral.
